EC+ is a concept from Danfoss that allows planners/users/operators to combine the best components to achieve maximum efficiency and the highest system efficiency, while using significantly less energy and energy costs.
The concept enables the use of PM motors in IEC standard dimensions with a Danfoss VLT® frequency inverter. Danfoss has integrated the necessary control process into the existing VLT® inverter series. This does not result in any changes for the operator. After entering the relevant motor data, the user benefits from high motor efficiency at the level of EC technology.
