A brewery is, by and large, a facility for the production of compound liquids, mainly by means of fermentation. A brewery refers to a place or building (brewery) where beer or other fermented beverages are brewed, and places with brewing facilities are collectively referred to in the industry as breweries. There are different types of breweries that produce different types of beer with different processes and varying degrees of automation. Brewing processes can be carried out manually or automated using modern technologies and machine processes. Beers can be sold in bottles, cans or kegs. Breweries promote the local economy and beer culture.
